Coinjuice compares Bitcoin purchasing power against 51 AI related tech, power and software stocks
Over one month, Vicor, HPE, Forgent Power, AMD and Marvell beat Bitcoin most strongly
Over six months, Dell, HPE, FuelCell Energy, AMD and Micron outperformed Bitcoin, BWX lagged most
Bitcoin led most stocks over one and three months, but lagged over six months and one year
The AI industry reaches far beyond Nvidia. It draws on chipmakers, memory suppliers, cloud operators, electricity producers and software companies. This Coinjuice tracker brings 51 selected stocks into one place and shows how Bitcoin performs against them.
Each company is grouped by its role, with comparisons over one week, one month, three months, six months and one year. Positive means BTC gained purchasing power against the stock; negative means the stock outperformed BTC. A reading of +20% means one Bitcoin buys 20% more shares than it did at that period’s starting point.

How the Timeframe Changes the Picture
Bitcoin can outperform a stock over one period and fall behind over another, so the answer changes depending on how far back you look.
Period | BTC outperformed | Stocks outperformed | Eligible stocks |
One week | 17 | 34 | 51 |
One month | 35 | 16 | 51 |
Three months | 44 | 6 | 50 |
Six months | 20 | 29 | 49 |
One year | 4 | 44 | 48 |
Bitcoin’s strongest showing is over three months, when it gained purchasing power against 44 of 50 comparable stocks. The one-month comparison also favours BTC, while most stocks lead over one week, six months and one year.
HPE and AMD rank among the strongest stocks over both one and six months. Uranium Energy appears among the weakest over both periods, showing that companies grouped within the broader AI investment theme can deliver very different results.
The one-year starting point is useful: Bitcoin was approximately $123,468 at the October 2025 observation, compared with $81,711 at this snapshot. That decline contributes to BTC’s weak annual comparison, alongside each stock’s own performance.

Source and methodology: Yahoo Finance stock prices and Coinbase BTC/USD are compared at the October 8, 2026 US market close, using October 1, September 8, July 8, April 8 and October 8, 2025 as the respective starting dates. Figures measure the percentage change in shares purchasable with one BTC, using split-adjusted stock prices excluding dividends and BTC’s one-minute candle ending at 4 p.m. New York time; missing history is left blank, near-zero results are rounded, and this selected watchlist is not an exhaustive AI index.
FAQ
What does this comparison between Bitcoin and AI-related stocks measure?
It measures how many shares of each of 51 selected AI-related and power infrastructure stocks can be bought with one Bitcoin over different timeframes, showing whether Bitcoin gained or lost purchasing power relative to each stock.
How is a gain or loss in Bitcoin’s purchasing power against a stock defined?
A positive result means one Bitcoin buys more shares than before, so Bitcoin gained purchasing power against that stock. A negative result means one Bitcoin buys fewer shares, so the stock outperformed Bitcoin.
Which companies were strongest and weakest against Bitcoin over one month?
Over one month, Vicor, HPE, Forgent Power Solutions, AMD and Marvell gained the most ground against Bitcoin, with one Bitcoin buying about 23% fewer Vicor shares. IREN, Uranium Energy, CoreWeave, Western Digital and Oracle were weakest, with Bitcoin buying about 37% more IREN shares.
How did Bitcoin’s performance compare with these stocks over different timeframes?
Bitcoin outperformed most stocks over one month and almost all over three months, but most stocks outperformed Bitcoin over six months and one year, and stocks also led in the latest weekly comparison.
